Four Ways to Park with OnePark

OnePark supports four parking categories, each with different pricing and availability characteristics.

Category 1

Free

Parking that does not charge the user for parking, according to the parking listing and applicable rules.

Category 2

Paid

Parking where the user pays according to the applicable parking pricing. A booking does not automatically guarantee availability until arrival.

Category 3

Prepaid

Parking where the user pays in advance, with reservation and availability handled according to OnePark's applicable prepaid rules.

Category 4

Premium

Premium parking with additional services and availability features according to the applicable OnePark premium offering.

Availability guarantees apply only to eligible Prepaid and Premium parking, subject to the applicable OnePark rules and parking configuration. Not all parking under every category has guaranteed availability.

Owner Onboarding

OnePark can collect parking information including:

12. Premium Parking

Premium parking may provide additional services and availability guarantees according to the applicable OnePark premium offering. Not all parking supports premium services.

13. Booking

Booking availability depends on parking configuration and current availability. Users should review parking details, pricing, and category before confirming a booking.

14. Cancellation

Cancellation policies may vary based on the parking category, configuration, and applicable rules. Users should review the applicable cancellation terms before booking.

15. Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, are processed according to the applicable OnePark rules and parking configuration. Refund eligibility and timelines may vary.

16. Check-in

Where QR check-in is enabled, users can scan the parking owner's OnePark QR code from the booking section to check in. Check-in confirms the start of the parking session.

17. Check-out

Users can complete checkout from the OnePark application. Checkout ends the parking session and may trigger settlement of any applicable charges.

18. Additional Parking Time

If additional parking time is used beyond the booked period, applicable charges may need to be settled before checkout according to the booking rules.

19. Parking Owner Responsibilities

Parking owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, maintaining parking facilities, and providing accurate availability and pricing information. Owners must comply with applicable laws and OnePark's onboarding process.

20. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate information, using parking as intended, following parking rules, and settling applicable charges.

21. Vehicle and Property Responsibility

OnePark is not responsible for vehicles, personal property, or any damage or loss that may occur at a parking location. Users park at their own risk.

22. Prohibited Activities

  • Providing false or misleading information
  • Misusing the booking, check-in, or check-out system
  • Attempting to circumvent platform rules or payments
  • Using the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

23. Payments

Payments, where applicable, are processed through third-party payment providers. Applicable pricing and charges are displayed before booking confirmation.

24. Service Fees / Charges

Service fees or charges, where applicable, will be disclosed as part of the booking process. The user is responsible for all applicable charges associated with their booking.

25. Third-Party Services

OnePark may integrate with third-party services such as maps, payments, and notifications. OnePark is not responsible for the performance or availability of third-party services.

26. Suspension / Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the platform for violations of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.

27. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnePark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

28. Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that parking will always be available, accurate, or uninterrupted.

29. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of OnePark after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

30. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
